Both your Heating and Cooling system will be thoroughly inspected.
This option will increase performance and efficiency. All safeties and sensors will be cleaned and inspected. Gas pressure will be tested and adjusted to manufactures rating. Ignitor, flame sensor and burner assembly will be disassembled and cleaned to ensure maximum performance and life. Refrigeration circuit will be inspected for possible leaks along with checking for proper charge of freon. Carbon Monoxide test will also be performed since your safety is our priority.

This package will include optimizing your heating and cooling functions for commercial roof top systems. All sensors and safeties will be tested, gas pressure will be checked and set accordingly. Refrigerant circuit will be tested for proper charge of refrigerant along with checking for any possible refrigerant leaks. Economizers / Free Cooling Options will be tested to ensure proper operation, saving you money by cooling the building with outside air. Both Evaporator coil and Condensing coil will be cleaned to remove lodged debris any damaged fins will also be repaired improving the efficiency of the equipment.
